In His Hand

Dilapidated destiny seems sure

To find me in the end when Piper's paid.

The dreams and goals I nurtured, all mislaid.

The future sometimes does appear obscure.

Thought I that my direction would endure

And always guide me forward unafraid,

Yet truth be told I always seemed dismayed,

Each step I took felt always premature.

Just letting go and bending in the breeze

I then beheld the passing vistas, clear.

Directing all my steps to find the keys

To open each and every door to please

My heart to overflowing sans all fear.

Let go, let God, provides He guarantees.
